You pay for conversations that finish, not for seats.

A seat license charges you for the people who log in. That has nothing to do with the value here, which arrives one completed conversation at a time. So every plan includes a set number of completed conversations a month, and that number is the thing you choose between.

The cost per conversation falls at every step up, from $0.32 to $0.18. Prices are annual — pay for ten months, get twelve. The month-to-month rate is shown beneath each one.

* What your plan includes each month. Reaching it stops collection rather than charging you for more — that is the default and it stays the default. You will be able to opt in to keep collecting past it, and an extra conversation then costs your plan’s own price: the per-conversation figure beside the price above, unchanged. One conversation over your number costs exactly what one under it cost.

Extra people are $12 a month each above the seats your plan includes, on either term.

Every plan is the whole product

There is no feature ladder here, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. Adaptive follow-up questions, your logo and colors on every conversation, all three tones, structured answers out, completion and drop-off figures, CSV export, Google Sheets, webhooks, the API and the embed are on every plan, including the trial. What changes as you go up is how many conversations you can finish in a month, how many different eFlows you can keep active at once — an eFlow being one conversation you design and send out, which any number of people can answer at the same time — and how many people can sign in.

The one exception: removing “Powered by Acquainto” from the conversation starts at Growth. Below that it stays, which is what makes the cheaper plans cheap.

Enterprise

From $2,000/month on committed volume. Unlimited seats, a named contact, and a contract-defined volume with no monthly wall. For regulated work — healthcare, insurance, legal — where the answers you collect carry obligations.

Talk to us

What counts as a conversation?

One a respondent finished. Someone who opens the link, answers two questions and leaves does not count against your plan — you pay for the records you actually keep. Follow-up questions the conversation asks along the way are part of the same conversation, not extra ones.

Can I add more people than my plan includes?

Yes, $12 a month each, on either term. An extra person does not change how many conversations you can finish — seats are not the meter here, which is why a colleague costs a flat amount rather than a share of your plan. If your team is growing faster than your volume, adding people is the cheaper move than stepping up a plan.

What happens when I reach the number?

Collection stops. We would rather stop than send you a bill you did not agree to, so there is no automatic overage charge on any plan. Everything already collected stays readable, and moving up a plan resumes collection. If your month is about to run long, the usage figure in your dashboard is the warning.

You will also be able to opt in to keep collecting past your number, charged at the end of the period. There is no surcharge for it: an extra conversation costs your plan’s own per-conversation price on your own term — $0.32 on Solo billed yearly, $0.39 month to month — so one conversation over your number costs what one under it cost. Moving up a plan still costs less per conversation than either, which is the reason to do it.

Is there a free trial?

14 days, no card required, 75 completed conversations, with the full feature set on. Reaching the trial’s number before day 14 stops collection but not the trial — the remaining days stay usable for reading what you gathered.

What support is included?

The same thing on every plan above: a library of guides inside the app, and, when they do not cover it, a reply from the people who build Acquainto. There is no faster queue to buy, because there is not one to sell — a Solo plan and a Business plan reach the same desk. Enterprise is the single exception, and it comes with a named contact.

Can you build it for us?

Yes. Guided onboarding is $250, a conversation designed and built for you starts at $500, and migrating existing paper or PDF forms is $125 each. Larger rollouts — custom integrations, admin training, compliance configuration — are scoped individually.

How is my data handled?

The trust page answers that in detail, including the parts we cannot claim yet — what is encrypted, who can see answers, how long we keep them, and every third party that touches a respondent’s answer.
