About Acquainto

Who builds this, why it exists, and what you can check for yourself rather than take on trust.

What we make

Acquainto replaces the form on your site with a conversation. You write the questions; Acquainto asks them one at a time, in the respondent’s own language, and asks a follow-up when an answer is vague or incomplete — the way a good interviewer would. What comes back is structured data you can act on, not a pile of transcripts to read.

Why it exists

A form is the cheapest way to collect an answer and one of the most expensive ways to get a useful one. People abandon them, and the people who finish give the shortest answer the field will accept. A conversation asks no more of the respondent, and returns the answer you were actually asking for.

Who builds it

Acquainto is built by Acquainto Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 18117 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 61395, Miami, Florida 33160.

Aaron Sperling, Acquainto’s founder and CEO, has built this kind of tool before: co-founder of Application Park, an early no-code app builder, and then of vFlyer Inc, used by over 200,000 real estate professionals. The profile is on LinkedIn.

How we work

Three things you can check rather than take our word for.

  • We publish what we cannot claim. Most sections of How your data is handled end with a plain note about what we do not yet do.
  • We publish how well the AI actually performs, including where it fails — the AI quality report.
  • We name every third party that touches your data, on the Subprocessors page.

Talking to us

Write to support@acquainto.com about anything in the product, privacy@acquainto.com about how data is handled, and security@acquainto.com to report a vulnerability.

Try it on a form you already have

The fastest way to judge any of this is to write the questions you already ask, put Acquainto in front of them, and read what comes back. What it costs once you keep it is on the pricing page.
